BODY MOVEMENT

Blood Flow throughout the body brings oxygen and other nutrients to all our cells (at any age!), and carries away waste products. Surprisingly, the blood vessels that feed our brain cells age faster than those neurons, so keeping a healthy brain will a ways include movement, exercise, and overall blood circulation.
